Camping Out

Leslie and Debbie decided to camp out in the backyard one night. They had a blast giggling and goofing around. Before they got into the tent for the night they had a good time catching lightning bugs.

Vacation!!

This is going to be a great month! Nephi is closer to being home, and I get to see my two best friends that I grew up with. We just got back from a week at Tracy's house in Des Moines. We took our kids to Adventureland and a large indoor playground. We also tortured them with some great second hand shopping! The pictures and videos in this set are of all of us at the indoor playground. The kids had a blast sliding, running, and doing obstacle courses. While I was taking the video of Danica playing with the balls, Gabe kept shooting baskets and hitting me in the head. Danica really did not get ice cream, but I let her have fun getting the last little bit stuck on the side of Leslie's ice cream cup. The kids got along really well, and it was fun to listen to Abby and Leslie chatter. Gabe is such a sweetheart. He loves to make people happy and when you meet him you could just cuddle him forever.

Nasty huh!!

While we were at the indoor playground, we had to eat their food. Since I am allergic to poultry and fish my only other option was nachos with cheese and chili. It was sooo gross, but Tracy and I had fun thinking of all the other things it could be.

The Crazy Crayola House

My friend Tracy and her husband Tom have spent lots of time working on their house. They get many comments on the designs that Tom comes up with! He LOVES texture and there are really no smooth walls in the house! Tracy has a thing for lots of fun colors so it makes for some really cool decorating. Tom is an architect, so that probably has something to do with it. People have called their house the crazy crayola house and the Dr. Seuss house.

Treats in the sun

Leslie and Debbie had an afternoon in the pool. Just the baby pool in the back yard. Anyway, after about two hours of that, I gave them EDYS all natural fruit frozen pops. YUM!! They thought they had to each get a tan, but they evidently forgot that I lathered them up in the highest SPF sunscreen you can get. haha.
