Now that we can no longer keep her away from the computer it seems to be all she wants to play with for now. If I am preparing meals or away from her for a second she sneaks in the chair.

Danica enjoyed time writing in her journal...and all over her legs.

Academy Graduation

Nephi graduated from the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy today! We are all very proud of him! I apologize for the picture quality. I did not have the camera on the correct setting. The picture with all the people was when all the spouses got to pin the department badges on the Officers. I love the picture when Nephi, Leslie and Danica are walking into the building. Danica LOVES to hold hands, and one just is not enough. Thanks to Grandma Joy and Grandpa Kevin for going with us! We all had a lot of fun. Nephi will now be working the night shift at the Police Department as well as working part-time as a Paramedic at the hospital.

Deep Conditioning

Our hair has taken quite a beating since we have been at the pool and out in the sun. Nephi has his graduation from the Police Academy tomorrow and we have to look our best! HA HA. SO....I decided to do the tomato paste deep conditioning treatment. Leslie was less than thrilled. My hair stylist told me she could charge 35 bucks to deep condition my hair or I could just do it at home with tomato paste! It really works! So now Leslie is sitting with that nice red tomato paste in her hair for a half hour. She loves me! It has always been my goal to make sure my children have the best memories of their childhood. I'm doing pretty good so far!
